Our Annual Impact Report

Each year, Rogue Valley Mentoring’s Annual Impact Report reflects the power of belonging in action. These reports highlight how our mentoring programs help youth feel seen, supported, and connected—to themselves, their peers, their future and their community.

Through ongoing data collection and youth feedback, we track growth in areas such as confidence, trust, resilience, and engagement at school.

The results show that when young people experience a genuine sense of belonging, they thrive—and that impact can be measured year after year.
