Anne Williams
BOARD CHAIR
Anne has firmly established her roots in the Rogue Valley for over two decades, where she and her family have thrived. Her household includes her husband, Ron, and two daughters, an two loyal canine companions, Toby and Roxy.
Professionally, Anne is a seasoned corporate strategist with a diverse background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and has had a successful career that spans the fields of insurance, real estate, and tax and accounting. Her multifaceted expertise allows her to see opportunities and potential where others might not.
Beyond her corporate endeavors, Anne finds solace and adventure in two favorite pastimes: crafting and hiking. Her personal goal is to conquer the Oregon Pacific Crest Trail, a journey she eagerly anticipates.
Mentoring is the cornerstone of Anne’s vision for the future. She firmly believes that today’s youth are the architects of tomorrow. She is dedicated to ensuring that the next generation has caring and compassionate adults in their lives, providing the support and guidance necessary to create the best possible future.

Kellie England
BOARD VICE CHAIR
Kellie England joined the RV Mentoring Board of Directors in 2022 and is excited to work with the organization. Previously, Kellie spent 12 years working with a Sacramento, California-based non-profit, Women’s Empowerment, which focuses on job readiness for homeless women and children. While there, she was a mentor to homeless women, as well as served various Board of Directors positions, including Secretary, Vice President, President, and past-President.
Kellie leads Member Experience at Rogue Credit Union, including branches, the contact center, and remote delivery. She is new to the Rogue Valley, and is enjoying the new landscape. Kellie has over 30 years of experience in financial services. Before Rogue Credit Union, she led the branch network in California and Nevada for Umpqua Bank.
Outside work, Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Todd Iverson

Todd Iversen joined the Board of Directors in 2016. With over 15 years in various leadership and management roles in the software industry, Todd brings extensive organizational, operational and financial management skills to Rogue Valley Mentoring. Having been the beneficiary of many formal and informal mentoring relationships both in his personal and professional life, Todd is passionate about fulfilling and strengthening the agency’s mission to serve the community’s need for youth mentoring in the Rogue Valley.

Jessica Therkelsen
BOARD SECRETARY
Jessica Therkelsen is a nonprofit strategist, social housing advocate, and human rights lawyer who advocates for the rights and dignity of all people. Jessica is the founding Executive Director of Trusted Homes, a community land trust based in Ashland, OR that is building permanently affordable homes for working people. She formerly served as the Director of Legal Protection at HIAS, an international refugee rights organization. Jessica resides in Ashland, where she is a proud parent to two young children. She spends her free time in the garden, volunteering in the community, or with her nose in a book.

Bea Bacher-Wetmore
BOARD MEMBER
Bea came to Ashland in 2015, following 5 years living in Ecuador. With her 2 adopted boys now adults, she still wanted to engage with youngsters. She’s been a volunteer mentor for Rogue Valley Mentoring for a young lady for 3 years now, and is enjoying watching her grow up. Bea decided to also volunteer as an RVM Board Member in Summer, 2023.
Her background is in biology, in biomedical research, and she spent 3 years teaching biology at the high school level in Oakland, California. She continues to share her enthusiasm with her husband in reading, cooking, art, exercising, and tending to their dog and cat.

Adam Bowers
BOARD MEMBER
Adam Bowers brings to RVM a distinctive blend of data-driven leadership, frontline experience, and a deep commitment to mentorship. In addition to serving on the board, he has also been a volunteer 1:1 mentor for over four years.
Professionally, he works on the Data & Analytics team at Vuori, partnering across business channels to drive analytic strategy, optimize processes through data and testing, and supporting executive decision-making with clear, actionable reporting.
Adam served as a combat engineer and machine gunner in the U.S. Marine Corps, deploying to Iraq and leading a fireteam. That chapter forged his leadership style: mission-focused, team-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Beyond work, Adam is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and an active parishioner at Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church. His daily meditation practice grounds his belief in self-awareness, community strength, and purposeful growth: values that align seamlessly with RVM’s mission to empower youth. -
Martha Kalin
BOARD MEMBER
Martha joins the RVM Board after retiring and moving to the Rogue Valley to join her daughter and grandchildren in Ashland in 2022. She brings with her more than 40 years of professional experience working to improve services for the vulnerable and disenfranchised in health care and non-profit settings. She has served in a range of roles including as social worker, leader in program development and strategic planning for Kaiser Permanente, and helping manage a yoga retreat center in the Colorado Rockies. She holds master’s degrees in social work and public health from the University of Michigan.
In addition to enjoying time with her family and getting to know the beauty of Oregon, Martha is a published poet, enthusiastic pickleball player and world adventurer. She’s passionate about the power of mentoring in supporting youth in local communities.

Luke Bracero

Luke Bracero, a vibrant and dedicated 22-year-old, brings his unique journey and passion to his new role as a board member of Rogue Valley Mentoring. Having spent six transformative years with the organization, Luke embodies its mission and spirit. His relationship with Rogue Valley Mentoring began as a mentee, where he learned invaluable life skills and built lasting connections. Over time, he transitioned to becoming a mentor, guiding others with the same empathy and wisdom that shaped his own experience. This dual perspective has deepened his appreciation for the organization’s impact and fueled his commitment to its continued success.
Beyond his work with Rogue Valley Mentoring, Luke is a vibrant individual with a love for singing, exercising, and delving into random facts - a testament to his curious and dynamic personality. These interests not only shape his personal life but also inform his perspective as a mentor and board member, allowing him to connect with others in unique and thoughtful ways. Luke’s deep love for Rogue Valley Mentoring is evident in his dedication to fostering meaningful connections and empowering others within the community. As a board member, he aspires to amplify the organization’s reach and ensure that its transformative programs continue to inspire all those within the community.
